The “Food Hazards” project, collects laboratory-based information from various points throughout the supply chain, with a special focus on the following areas and points in the food chain for detection, monitoring, intervention, and assessment: point-of-sale; school feeding programs, and at home.

We provide the full spectrum of a food safety hazard audit. We look at the four different hazards,

3, Physical hazards
4, Allergens

We review, investigate and communicate food safety hazards relevant to you.

Our aim is to assist mitigation of food safety hazards to prevent withdrawal and recall.
